CONSULTATION AND WRITTEN EVALUATION IMPLEMENTATION OF REDESIGN PLAN If you choose to hire us to implement the redesign plan, the room(s) to be redesigned will need to have been emptied prior to our arrival (except for any large pieces previously agreed upon). We will then place your furniture and accessories back in the room using the concepts of symmetry, scale and balance. If needed, we will also discuss and give you a written list of any suggested finishing touches. CONSULTATION AND WRITTEN EVALUATION Let Ready to Show Décor assist you in preparing your home to sell quickly and at the best possible price! A potential buyer can form a negative opinion about your home when they first walk through the door just by furniture and accessories that look “out of place”. We will consult with you and provide you with a written evaluation which will feature an interior home assessment and will include suggestions on curb appeal and overall landscaping. IMPLEMENTATION OF STAGING PLAN Let Ready to Show Décor bring your sales evaluation plan to life. We can implement all of the plans on the evaluation or you can piecemeal it through a variety of options. Remember, you can achieve a high style look without a high dollar value. The fee for this service will vary depending on the size of your home and the design plan and will be presented to you with the written evaluation. Ready to Show Décor is ready to help you with transitioning your loved one into a new environment. We will work with all parties to see that there is a smooth transition and that the person moving has a say in their new living space. It has been proven that if a Senior has familiar things in their new home when they arrive, then the transition has a less negative impact. That is why we work with current furnishings and accessories to create a beautiful new environment that is also well organized. If needed, we can assist in the merchandizing of additional items that will complete the redesign plan. CONSULTATION AND WRITTEN EVALUATION Includes a two hour meeting in the current home to assess furnishings and a two hour meeting at the new home to determine a design plan. IMPLEMENTATION OF RELOCATION PLAN Includes eight hours in the new home implementing the design plan.
We will meet with you in your home to get an understanding of what you are looking for in a redesign application. After assessing your current layout (furniture, accessories and artwork), we will then create a redesign plan that will meet your needs. This redesign plan will be presented in a clear and comprehensive format. If you are thinking about changing the color of your room, we can make that choice easier with a free one hour color consultation. We will bring our color samples for you to view and will assist you in adding color to your redesign plan. We can also help you with shopping assistance if the redesign plan requires additional items to complete the look.
